In May 2007 several members competed in a Bowie knife making competition. Starting from scratch they made knifes then held a day of events and had a peoples choice. Held on a 1st Saturday at the Chicken Farm Art Center there were lots of folks to view the greatknives.

Bart and all the knife makers are planning a yearly repeat of the Bowie Knife competion.
